Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering personalised customer experiences
• Coach and develop the team, providing regular feedback to enhance performance
• Manage daily operations including sales briefings, stock control, and store presentation
• Oversee visual merchandising to maintain high brand standards
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health, and safety practices

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive sales performance
• Confidence in coaching team members and providing constructive feedback
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety protocols
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in visual merchandising
