Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an epic customer experience
• Coach and guide the team to perform at their best through regular feedback
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock management and store maintenance
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a positive and inclusive team environment
• Execute visual merchandising tasks to ensure the store presentation is always on point

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• A genuine passion for streetwear and fashion trends
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays

• Experience with visual merchandising
