Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an epic customer experience
• Coach and provide guidance and feedback to the team to drive performance
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock management and store maintenance
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a positive and inclusive team environment
• Execute visual merchandising tasks to ensure the store presentation is on point

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• A strong passion for streetwear and fashion trends
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with visual merchandising
