Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their growth
• Oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in customer service
• Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Ability to provide feedback and coach a team
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus
