Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth
• Oversee daily operations including stock control and store presentation
• Manage visual merchandising to ensure the store meets brand standards
• Collaborate to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience within a customer service environment
• Proven experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Strong ability to coach and develop a team
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in visual merchandising
