Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and providing an epic customer experience
• Coach and provide guidance and feedback to the team to help them perform at their best
• Manage day-to-day operations including stock management and maintaining store presentation
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to foster a positive and inclusive team environment
• Execute visual merchandising tasks to ensure the store remains on-trend and visually appealing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• A strong passion for streetwear and fashion
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Experience with visual merchandising is highly regarded
• Availability to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays
