Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing development of new hires to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the operational functionality of product demos.
• Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and efficient resolution of customer escalations.
• Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, focusing on inventory control and back-of-house organization.
• Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to management best practices.
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Provide expert knowledge on products and services while staying updated on industry trends.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including working nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a retail or sales leadership environment.
• Proven coaching and leadership skills to develop team members.
• Strong experience in inventory management and operational oversight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer experience (CX) optimization and retail sales strategy.
