Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the retail sales team to achieve sales and service metrics
• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalation resolution
• Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain store environment standards, including planograms, branding, and functional product demos
• Provide onboarding support and continuous feedback to new hires
• Monitor store reports to identify opportunities in sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Administer cash handling policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/move constantly throughout the store
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience working at Comcast
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
