Assistant Retail & Partnerships Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the 2026-2027 Retail & Partnerships Marketing Plan in France, including street marketing, in-store experiences, and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate 360-degree activations for the "Lacoste Arena" flagship and the wider retail network (megastores, concept stores, outlets) during key seasonal periods.
• Assist in managing hospitality partners and lifestyle events to elevate brand image.
• Draft briefs for external service providers, including agencies, graphic designers, and production teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as influencers and vendors.
• Maintain and update project tracking documents, schedules, and post-operation reports.
• Conduct market benchmarks regarding retail activations, sports (tennis/golf), and lifestyle trends.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4 minimum degree program.
• Previous successful experience in a marketing internship or apprenticeship, ideally within the fashion or sports industry.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (necessary).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy, rigor, and organization.
• Strong interest in the fashion, sport, and lifestyle sectors.
