Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the pub manager in daily operations and assume management duties in their absence
• Contribute to the atmosphere and development of the pub concept
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, weekly cost tracking, and forecasting
• Manage inventory, printing materials, and invoice handling
• Assist in activating the unit through events, tastings, and quiz nights

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position within a restaurant or pub environment
• Strong knowledge of beer, food, and beverages in general
• A passion for high-quality service
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work as a team player within a larger chain and hotel environment
