Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations from service flow to team activities
• Responsible for hiring, training, and leading restaurant staff
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Control inventory and manage efficient ordering processes
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards
• Act as the primary contact for guest complaints and resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in gastronomy with strong problem-solving skills
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Excellent management skills with a hands-on approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
• Strong communication skills
