Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations from service flow to team activities
- Responsible for hiring, training, and leading restaurant staff
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Control inventory and manage efficient ordering processes
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners
