Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational leadership for the restaurant
• Support the manager with administrative processes and scheduling
• Ensure the team provides high-quality service to guests
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
• Handle customer complaints and complex issues effectively
• Maintain a friendly, hygienic, and efficient service environment

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality and guest contact
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work hands-on and handle high-pressure situations
• Experience in retail or hospitality industry is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
