Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, assisting with ordering and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times
• Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is an advantage
