Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of the restaurant and lead teams through busy service periods
• Train and develop crew members to ensure high standards of performance
• Proactively improve the guest experience and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and support restaurant financial management, including P&L
• Maintain availability for shifts scheduled between 5 AM and 1 AM

Requirements

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in managing restaurant financials (P&L)
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring and developing others
