About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of the restaurant
  • Act as a visible and supportive leader for the team
  • Help onboard and develop new colleagues
  • Ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception teams
  • Handle feedback and challenges with professionalism and positivity
  • Support scheduling, stock management, and operational planning
  • Contribute ideas to improve guest and employee experiences

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, or service operations
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Confidence taking initiative and making decisions
  • Fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of a Scandinavian language
  • Experience with PMI
