About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the restaurant
- Act as a visible and supportive leader for the team
- Help onboard and develop new colleagues
- Ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception teams
- Handle feedback and challenges with professionalism and positivity
- Support scheduling, stock management, and operational planning
- Contribute ideas to improve guest and employee experiences
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, events, or service operations
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Confidence taking initiative and making decisions
- Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of a Scandinavian language
- Experience with PMI
