Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and hospitality
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
• Support implementation of operational policies and procedures
• Contribute to sales growth through upselling and guest engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Previous experience in fine dining; Italian cuisine experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
