Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Deputy General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service and lead the team by example
• Supervise, coach, and support the restaurant team to maintain high service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, reservations, and daily operations
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of opening and closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
• Complete effective shift handovers
