Assistant Restaurant Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold company standards and culture
• Manage the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of hourly crewmembers
• Create crewmember work schedules and manage payroll processes
• Act as manager on duty, including opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure financial accountability
• Execute shifts following safety and operational standards
• Provide exemplary customer service and utilize crewmember reward programs
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with new restaurant openings
