Assistant Restaurant Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards and culture
• Manage the full lifecycle of hourly crewmembers, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll
• Lead performance management through coaching, development, and documentation
• Act as the manager on duty, overseeing restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Manage cash handling and ensure strict financial accountability
• Enforce safety and operational standards while ensuring restaurant cleanliness and facility maintenance
• Provide exemplary customer service and utilize crewmember reward and recognition programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Experience with new restaurant openings
