About the Company

Prejeance Industrial is a growing investment company dedicated to energy transition projects, including renewable electricity production and energy efficiency assets. As part of the Altarea Group, we operate across the entire project value chain, from preliminary analysis to operational management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site progress and define major project phases
• Ensure respect for deadlines and quality standards (deliveries, intermediate dates)
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, sales plans, and building permits
• Coordinate external stakeholders including city technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
• Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation
• Review work progress reports and payment certificates
• Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
• Monitor technical progress against forecasts and contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering training program
• Ideally possesses initial experience in construction site management
• Autonomous, organized, and curious
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to lead projects in an entrepreneurial environment
