Responsibilities

• Support land developers prior to land signing and in establishing objective notes from feasibility studies
• Ensure overall consistency of files (technical, financial, legal)
• Collaborate with Program directions on drafting company consultation files and defining service options
• Responsible for construction cost estimations in coordination with hierarchy
• Manage company consultation, tender launches, and technical/financial analysis of offers
• Contribute to information centralization, archiving, and provider evaluation
• Identify and communicate relevant regulatory or technical information

Requirements

• Student in Bac+4/5 (Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Business, Construction, or University)
• Seeking a 6-month internship
• Curious, rigorous, and organized
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
