Assistant Responsable Développement Foncier

Responsibilities

• Detect land development opportunities
• Develop relationships with local actors, developers, elected officials, and notaries
• Conduct feasibility studies (regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and legal)
• Negotiate legal agreements and set up legal structures
• Prepare engagement committee files for decision-making

Requirements

• Higher education from an engineering school, business school, or university
• Autonomous, organized, and curious personality
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
