About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor work quality and progress on-site for foundation, ELS, and pile cap works.
  • Ensure site safety measures comply with supervision plans and requirements.
  • Supervise junior TCPs to check essential items for superstructure, site formation, foundation, and ELS works.
  • Coordinate and compile supervision activity reports, including non-conformity reports, for RE/RSE/RGE.
  • Verify works comply with approved plans, temporary works, method statements, and protective measures.
  • Review Contractor submissions and monitor the work of Registered Contractor’s TCPs.
  • Attend site and project meetings and assist in coordinating with the design office.
  • Conduct factory inspections in Mainland China as required by the Code of Practice for Site Supervision Plan 2009.

Requirements

  • Higher certificate or high diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR a degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing site conditions.
  • Strong coordination skills within a construction site environment.
  • Knowledge of and awareness regarding construction contractual issues.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
