About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise the Reservations Communication team to ensure service quality and brand standards
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, and promotional offerings
- Support effective selling strategies and resolve guest complaints
- Ensure accurate data input in PMS and other relevant systems
- Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Deliver training, prepare schedules, and conduct daily briefings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role in hospitality
- Proficiency in PMS, PABX, and hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Skills in team coaching, training, and feedback delivery
