About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the Reservations Communication team to ensure service quality and brand standards
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, and promotional offerings
  • Support effective selling strategies and resolve guest complaints
  • Ensure accurate data input in PMS and other relevant systems
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction
  • Deliver training, prepare schedules, and conduct daily briefings

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role in hospitality
  • Proficiency in PMS, PABX, and hotel reservation systems
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Skills in team coaching, training, and feedback delivery
