About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and prepare market studies, feasibility studies, and highest and best use studies
- Spearhead research efforts including managing surveys and in-depth interviews
- Conduct field work as required for research projects
- Analyze data to generate market insights, trends, and strategic recommendations
- Model project financials for residential, office, and other sectors
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality in all research activities
Requirements
- College degree
- At least 4 years of work experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
- Willingness to travel for field work
