Assistant Replenishment Buyer

Responsibilities

• Identify reorder styles to ensure in-stock availability
• Negotiate costs with vendors via email communication
• Review preseason and in-season forecasts at the item level
• Track daily style sales to determine unit needs
• Develop reorder style sizing needs
• Monitor and revise style flows based on business needs
• Create purchase orders for reorder styles
• Forge and maintain strong vendor relationships

Requirements

• More than one year of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or similar
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis
