Assistant Replenishment Buyer

Responsibilities

• Identify reorder styles to ensure in-stock availability and drive business momentum
• Analyze daily style sales tracking to determine unit needs and sizing requirements
• Perform preseason and in-season forecast reviews at the item level
• Create purchase orders for reorder styles
• Communicate with vendors via email to negotiate costs and manage relationships
• Monitor and revise style flows based on evolving business needs
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather insights and execute shared goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to use complex functions (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Proven experience analyzing data and generating actionable insights
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Strong passion for fashion, pop culture, and trend analysis
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
