Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in the daily management of real estate properties
  • Handle daily follow-ups including telephone reception and routine management correspondence
  • Draft and track administrative procedures such as contracts, leases, and renewals
  • Manage property rentals including commercial advertisements and tenant application validation
  • Manage relations with tenants and owners, including move-in/move-out inspections and security deposit refunds
  • Monitor insurance claims and maintenance work files
  • Contribute to tenant loyalty strategies

Requirements

  • Student in higher education specializing in real estate
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Highly organized and rigorous
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Previous experience in rental management is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference for 12-month apprenticeship contracts
