Assistant Renewable Energy Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Support land developers in identifying and searching for suitable land for photovoltaic projects using GIS, AI, or prospecting campaigns
• Participate in field visits as part of the prospecting process
• Conduct regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, and legal feasibility studies to de-risk projects
• Negotiate legal agreements and set up contractual structures to secure land commitment
• Manage a prospecting pipeline and maintain contact with diverse stakeholders including local authorities, industrial players, and farmers
• Assist in preparing dossiers for internal engagement committees

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, or Urban Planning
• Strong interest in the renewable energy sector
• Commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills
• High degree of autonomy and critical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in land development is appreciated
