Responsibilities

- Participate in processing customer feedback and complaints
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the personalization of stays
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
Requirements
- First experience in reception, customer relations, or concierge
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong sense of service and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-end environment with discretion and reactivity
- Knowledge of OPERA Cloud software is a significant asset
