About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in writing and distributing attractive job offers
- Contribute to candidate sourcing via CV databases, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Manage administrative tasks related to employment, including creating temporary worker files, contracts, declarations, medical visits, and hour tracking
- Participate in candidate interviews, assessing both skills and soft skills
- Ensure follow-up for temporary workers in post, including integration and retention
- Discover client relations and participate in exchanges with partner companies
- Contribute to the physical and telephone reception of the agency
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bac+3 level training program specializing in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Organized, rigorous, and committed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
