Assistant Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and qualifications
• Coordinate candidate selection and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update recruitment database and candidate records
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
