About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest reception and anticipate needs before, during, and after their stay
- Maintain service quality in compliance with Group reception standards
- Ensure accurate billing of services consumed by guests
- Co-manage the reception team on a daily basis
- Maintain strong cohesion between internal and inter-departmental services, particularly accommodation and catering
- Demonstrate versatility and perform departmental tasks as necessary
Requirements
- Hospitality training (BTS or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and organizational capacity
- Team spirit
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Opéra reservation system is a plus
