About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest reception and anticipate needs before, during, and after their stay
  • Maintain service quality in compliance with Group reception standards
  • Ensure accurate billing of services consumed by guests
  • Co-manage the reception team on a daily basis
  • Maintain strong cohesion between internal and inter-departmental services, particularly accommodation and catering
  • Demonstrate versatility and perform departmental tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • Hospitality training (BTS or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and organizational capacity
  • Team spirit
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Opéra reservation system is a plus
