About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client reception and anticipate needs before, during, and after their stay
  • Ensure compliance of billing for services consumed by the client
  • Co-manage the reception team daily with the Reception Manager
  • Maintain strong cohesion between internal and inter-departmental services (accommodation, catering, and longevity center)
  • Demonstrate versatility and perform departmental tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • Hospitality training
  • Successful experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Discretion, organizational skills, and rigor
  • Knowledge of Opéra reservation tool is an asset
  • Proficiency in English is an asset
