Assistant Receiving Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving activities and operational teams
• Monitor receiving schedules and manage incoming shipments
• Control goods for quantitative and qualitative aspects (traceability, temperature, expiration dates, labeling)
• Ensure unloading, palletization, and product storage
• Identify anomalies, create non-conformity reports, and alert relevant services
• Record receptions in the IT system and manage related documentation
• Manage returns and restocking
• Perform physical stock monitoring and participate in inventories
• Supervise and support temporary staff on the receiving dock
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety rules, and quality standards (SMSDA)
• Operate handling equipment following safety instructions

Requirements

• Significant experience in logistics and goods receiving
• Valid CACES 1, 3, and 5 certifications
• Previous experience in management or supervising teams of at least 10 people preferred
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and reactivity
• Proficiency with IT tools and administrative logistics management
