Assistant RCCI & Fund Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in budget monitoring and quarterly account reviews for the management company
• Contribute to the accounting and financial management of funds, including cash flow monitoring and performance analysis
• Assist the fund manager in performing regulatory controls and preparing associated reporting
• Help formalize equity controls and implement operational and compliance procedures
• Contribute to various control reports for the AMF, management, and investors
• Follow up on recommendations from control providers and document planned controls
• Support presentations for Compliance, Internal Control, and Financial Committees

Requirements

• Student in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac+4/5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control, Internal Control, or Compliance
• Previous internship experience in management control or similar roles is appreciated
• Interest in or knowledge of asset management company operations
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint
• Professional level of English for document analysis and written communication
