About the role

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
  • Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations
  • Report monthly to seniors utilizing the CVR Process
  • Coordinate changes and managed variations in accordance with JCT Contracts
  • Monitor and track contract obligations and perform site visits
  • Monitor and report on contract performance regarding program, cost, and key issues
  • Perform the closeout process and verify payments
  • Evaluate the impact of budget changes and capture cost variances
  • Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports
  • Validate Subcontract Applications/Payments data and maintain change registers

Requirements

  • Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing and working with large data sets
  • Ability to travel throughout the South East
  • Confident in client-facing environments
  • Ability to undergo a DBS check
