About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts
- Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations
- Report monthly to seniors utilizing the CVR Process
- Coordinate changes and managed variations in accordance with JCT Contracts
- Monitor and track contract obligations and perform site visits
- Monitor and report on contract performance regarding program, cost, and key issues
- Perform the closeout process and verify payments
- Evaluate the impact of budget changes and capture cost variances
- Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports
- Validate Subcontract Applications/Payments data and maintain change registers
Requirements
- Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Experience managing and working with large data sets
- Ability to travel throughout the South East
- Confident in client-facing environments
- Ability to undergo a DBS check
