About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial assistance and contract administration support for the Project Controls and Commercial Services team.
- Assist with basic subcontract management and the delivery of commercial actions.
- Manage commercial documentation and support commercial administration and reporting.
- Support the delivery of project deliverables and interim payments.
- Collaborate with senior members of the commercial team to support strategic and operational functions.
Requirements
- Experience in the self-delivery of basic commercial duties.
- Awareness of administrating construction contracts.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to obtain (or currently hold) UK Nuclear industry security clearance.
- Enrolled in, or planning to enroll in, a BSc Quantity Surveying degree (or a similar relevant qualification).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high levels of integrity.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work in a team environment.
