Responsibilities

• Pilot quality control operations upon receipt (fruit and vegetable grading, weight and labeling compliance)
• Report non-conformities to suppliers using management tools
• Conduct internal audits including GMP, pest control, and calibration
• Ensure food safety procedures are respected on-site and propose solutions to meet internal objectives
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies based on Lean Manufacturing in collaboration with the Operations Excellence team
• Provide training to quality and operational teams on food safety topics

Requirements

• Degree in Quality applied to the Food Industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry, catering, or related sectors
• Proficiency in data processing and interpretation using Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Experience planning and delivering projects (new equipment, software, or continuous improvement)
• English language skills are a plus
