Assistant QSE Ferroviaire

Responsibilities

• Drive the agency's Quality/Safety policy by monitoring indicators, dashboards, and participating in audits and feedback sessions (REX).
• Deploy and maintain Safety and Occupational Health and Safety (SST) procedures in support of managers and teams.
• Manage the onboarding of new employees and contractors, including safety/quality inductions and prevention plans.
• Monitor Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including certifications, training, medical visits, PPE, and permits.
• Contribute to fire safety management through evacuation drills, regulatory controls, and awareness training.
• Support internal communication through safety actions, events, and project valorization.
• Assist the agency with transverse tasks such as archiving and internal organization.

Requirements

• QHSE degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of current safety and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to prepare and pilot action plans.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage various interfaces.
• Highly organized and rigorous approach to work.
