Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management and development of the central purchasing department, including product collection and supplier database management
  • Update purchasing conditions, logistical data, and commercial terms for network members
  • Coordinate between the supply service and negotiated conditions
  • Act as the primary contact for members and the sales force regarding commercial condition claims
  • Monitor and communicate product shortages to the networks
  • Collaborate with marketing departments to promote collections, new products, and commercial offers

Requirements

  • Student in a License, Bachelor, or Master 1 program in business school or university
  • Seeking an apprenticeship in purchasing, commerce, or management
  • Dynamic, curious, and organized with a rigorous approach to tasks
  • Ability to work in a team and handle cross-functional exchanges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
