About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal activities during the bidding preparation phase to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Initiate and lead technical proposal elaborations and reviews
- Organize and prepare project development reviews, including A meetings, B meetings, and PRI
- Manage the handover process of successful proposals to the project execution team
- Elaborate and review technical appendices for EPC projects
- Supervise, guide, and mentor proposal engineers and junior team members
- Optimize capitalization and propose continuous improvement solutions for proposal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 8-12 years of professional experience in engineering, design, project management, finance, or procurement
- Proven experience working on Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects
- Demonstrated experience in team management and supervising junior staff
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work with a high level of autonomy
