About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations
- Manage accounts receivable and maintain delinquency goals
- Apply payments to resident ledgers and make daily bank deposits
- Maintain property management software with accurate resident and lease data
- Administer the lease renewal program
- Generate correspondence for residents, vendors, and prospective residents
- Inspect move-out conditions to document charges for security deposit reconciliation
- Monitor property condition and report concerns to management
- Perform general office duties including answering phones and managing service requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Previous supervisory skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and property management software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and office administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
