About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Property Managers in managing commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolios
- Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices and payment accuracy
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, budget packages, and tenant rent reconciliations
- Coordinate lease administration activities including setup and reporting
- Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walkthroughs
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building technical staff
- Assist with procurement, bidding activities, and vendor deliveries
- Perform regular property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations
- Assist with emergency response planning and drills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial properties
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
