About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Property Managers in managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties
- Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walkthroughs
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building technical staff
- Assist with tenant rent and CAM reconciliations
- Perform regular property inspections and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with bidding activities and contract documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties preferred
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as necessary
- Strong organizational and communication skills
