About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant needs and ensure prompt resolution of problems
- Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoice payments
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages
- Manage data collection and drafting of operating expense reconciliations
- Perform lease administration activities including setup and reporting
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property walk-throughs
- Assist with emergency response plans and drills
- Support sourcing, procurement, and bidding activities
- Provide work direction and performance management for direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred
- Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties preferred
- Knowledge of financial terms and basic financial analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
