About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Property Managers in managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties
  • Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices and payments
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
  • Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building technical staff
  • Assist with lease administration, rent collections, and CAM reconciliations
  • Coordinate contract documents, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries
  • Assist with bidding activities and emergency response planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience
  • Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties highly preferred
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as necessary
