About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager in managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties
- Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walkthroughs
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building technical staff
- Assist with tenant billings, collections, and rent reconciliations
- Perform regular property inspections and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with emergency response planning and drills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial properties
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
