About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Property Managers in managing commercial, industrial, or retail properties
  • Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walkthroughs
  • Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with building technical staff
  • Assist with tenant rent and CAM reconciliations
  • Perform regular property inspections and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with bidding activities and procurement of goods and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in commercial, retail, or industrial properties
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel daily to assigned properties
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
