About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Dispatch work order calls and set up vendors and service agreements
- Respond in a timely manner to tenant needs to meet lease obligations
- Support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets, and other assigned documentation
- Manage administrative tasks including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate experience across diverse asset classes (industrial, office, retail, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI
- Experience with contract and leasing agreements
